hey i saw an add for a 1995 240sx base model. It has 100k miles on it and is a 5 speed. The woman who is selling it bought it from a dealership when the car only had 60k miles on it. The car is white, w/ leather seats, power everything, snrf, so pretty much all the extra features. She is asking $5,999 for it. I was wondering what you guys think about the price? and i was also wondering what the down sides to having leather seats? any advice will be greatly apreciated, oh and i live in Cali.

She told me she would send me some pics before i look at the car this weekend so ill post those up as soon as i get them.

you slide around more with leather, it is also more suseptable to temperate changes. Other than that, it's good stuff to have

That's too much for a base trim. Talk her down to $4500 or even $4000.

leather seats are nice imo. they dont hold stink, smoke, and clean alot easier than cloth. the downside is the fact that you do slide more when 'performance' driving, and the fact that they will crack with constant sunlight exposure and use. its mainly what you prefer.
