looking to buy this 240sx what you think

i got an email from a guy selling is 240sx. i just want some input on it.
this is what the email said

1990 240sx black front fenders flat black
power windows, sunroof i think SE model
1994 5 speed ka24de dohc motor swap with around 92k miles right now
havent drove it in about a year turns right up
421 headers
straight pipe muffler, high flow cat, with 3in outlet looks and sounds good
yellow top optima battery
14in electric fan-manual switch on and off in dash
nology hot wires in blue and ngk plugs
front, rear, c-pillar bars
front and rear 30mm sway bars
30mm front tension rods
after market steering wheel spw momo hub
gutted trunk
all motor hoses are good
no motor over heating, water pump changed about year ago
no fan clutch
throwing in the 300zx alu 30mm brake calipers not install in the trunk
the bad
the rear rocker panel near door bit of rust
surface rust on rail not to much
roof leaks a little i think from wind sheid not sealed right
slight clutch slip when to hot
front and rear brake pads need changing
ever had music in the car never bothered me so i never put in a sound system
off the top of my head thats all i can remember
little tlc the car is strong and straight

how much is he asking? how bad is the rust? those are the two questions i have right away. Tally up the price to replace all that stuff, add that to whatever he is asking and see if that seems worth it, to you.

hes asking 1300. i havent looked at it yet so as far as rust goes he said there is just a little on the frame rails so i will have to see

i agree check out the rust befor you go anywhere with it and just bc hes asking 1300 dont mean you have to pay it

Doesnt look to bad in the pics...Paint the stuff on the interior back to black if you get it...And i paid $1100 for mine and the guy was asking $1300

i am from New Jersey and 18 years young.(my lucky number is 16). I am looking for a little toy to bring back to school. i have all summer to work on it. i have a DD (2000 Mazda protege) to beat around in so i dont got to worry about rushing things to get it back on the road.

oh ok for 1300 or less yeah thats not a bad deal.. but the drivers side looks like it might have been in an accident. primed except the door seems kinda sketchy to me. again, for 1300 though not bad at all
