Looking to buy 2007 M35x - Need advice

Hi everyone,

My friends helped me check out a 2007 M35X, and recorded a short video of the car passing. We noticed a squeaking sound as the car is moving. The seller said it was caused by the muffler rubbing or loose, but for us it sounds like it's the suspension. I live in a different City so I was not able to inspect the car myself.

I was wondering if you guys could chip in and see/hear if it is the exhaust system:

Does it creak when you push down on the suspension? Sounds like it was coming from the rear.

The only time I have heard a sound like that is from suspension. Because it's all wheel drive, there are other things besides a shock or strut that makes a creak like that. I would not purchase it until a reputable shop has examined the suspension. If Ilya and I are guessing correctly, the seller would have to either have it fixed and give me the repair / warranty invoice ... or ... reduce the sale by the amount of the estimate for repairs.
