FYI, the Premium package includes the rear reclining seats and rear sunshade. And if the car has never seen snow, that would be even better.

Do not want M45.

I have been looking for one for the past 2-3 days and nothing is on the market. I figure I could wait a couple of months but maybe I will get lucky here.

The Carmax link is not a premium package.

The first autotrader link is good, I also saw that car earlier but it is from the north and I'm hesitating to pull the trigger on that. Those cars are very rusted usually.

The third link doesn't have the premium package either.

Thank you for actually taking the time to look on my behalf. I can't wait to get one.

The reason I was 08 or 09 is because of iPod integration.

If you find one in the Phoenix area I'll go check it out for you. No snow here. Although I went to Philadelphia to buy mine.

Did you have to look for a long time before you purchased it?
Do you have the premium one?

Thank you for the offer!!!!!!

I would have thought the 7 speed transmission would be the biggest reason. A USA Spec adapter gets you ipod integration to almost any factory stereo for a hundred bucks.

And the carmax link isn't premium? It says in the listing it is. And the rear seats look like they recline. They look way different from my rear seats. And.. The armrest is different in the back seat.

What are the pros of the seven speed transmission in this car? Is it noticeable?

I read about the USA spec upgrade but I rather go with original stuff.

I'm wondering if it's even worth getting the premium package now since it only adds features the driver can't even use. I'm DYING to get the car!!!

Gotta be honest I was thinking when I get the car I would be like "yeah my rear seats recline....can your mercedes or BMW do that? :nono:" lol

There are quite a few luxury cars that have reclining rear seats actually. And the USA Spec has very very good reviews for all of its applications. I put one in my brothers infiniti G20 one in my last Honda Accord, and one in a Toyota 4Runner. Works great. Puts text on the screen to and let's you control the ipod or iPhone with the radio and steering wheel buttons.

A seven speed automatic improves performance and fuel economy over the 5 speed.

You say you don't want an M45 but unless you get the M35 with the 7 speed you will not be saving anything in fuel economy.

Wow that's such a coincidence that member test drove the vehicle at Koons. It's the exact model I wanted and even had ok mileage but thing that made it a no go for me was that it's a northern car and I've had a bad experience with a previous car I purchased from the north (of course, the undercarriage is rusted).

Anyways, I think I saw on this forum someone saying that a V8 has some more issues like oil leak etc. IM NOT SURE SO DONT QUOTE ME lol. IMO that v6 should be plenty it's not like you are towing or something.

I just quoted your post haha, but there is no oil leaks in the V8, it just burns oil. I probably top off the oil every 2 weeks and add some. I'll use a quart or 1.5 quarts in between oil changes during normal driving conditions. It's normal for me and it hasn't gotten worse in my 2 years of ownership. Other cars have this issue just like some Subaru STI's and BMW M3 (2003). It's just normal for certain engines. As long as you make sure the oil is topped off, you should have no problem with the engine.

As someone said before, the V6 and the V8 fuel economy is very similar. I believe the V8 does about 1 or 2 mpg less than the V6 for both city and hwy.

I've driven both. I have a distaste for automatic transmissions but the wife refuses to learn how to drive stick. At least with a V8, when the auto transmission is inevitably in the wrong gear, it just doesn't matter.

This is NOT a Premium. If it was, it would have the rear sunshade switch and rear controls override switch in the center console along with where the climate controlled seat switches reside; instead of a pocket. Further, you cannot get the Premium Package with the Sport Package.

I know it's not a "premium", I have a premium package. I've already mentioned to OP that you Sports model do not have premium package but I would pick that car over mine any day! Sunshade, rear reclining seats and rear climate control are just useless only the flip down screen is worth it plus it still has the warranty to 100K.
That's some sacrifice the OP will need to make.

Cool; I just wanted the OP to be clear on that. The only features of the Premium that I found useful (or should I more accurately say: my daughter did) was the rear heated seats and the recline. She likes to say "your old Infiniti was warmer and more comfortable on my butt" whenever we are in the M56S. Damn kids..... ;)

I got those features for my kids as well the flip down screen is used the most, they are still in booster and car seats so it's not useful to them just yet..
Anyways back to OP, good luck finding the car with the package you want.
