Looking into a turbo'd KA-T

I have recently found a 1991 240 Fastback with a KA24DET that is turbocharged with a Borg Warner T3 turbo. Car has 600cc injectors, FMIC, Calum Realtime ECU, N60 MAF, custom log manifold and a few other misc options. Im not real familiar with the KA-T and how it performs stock, let alone turbo'd, is there anything that I should be concerned about considering it is turbo'd? Is there specific things I should look at when I go to view the car? Finally, how is the reliability on the motor?
