Looking into a Q50 Hybird.

I am looking to buy a 15 Q50 Hybrid. I have read a lot about reliability issues and the one I am looking at has had the Slave Cylinder fail already with about 40k miles. Should I just look at a non-hybrid? I am also looking at Lexus IS series, maybe ES hybrid. Reason for the Q50 Hybrid because it seems to provide good gas mileage and good performance (350 HP).
