looking for wisdom on engine swap

Ok im here to get a little input from guys who have done a few more engine swaps than i. So, i found a pretty good deal on a pretty new 3.7l duratec engine, the new ford mustang engine..it comes with the engine, transmission, ecu, harness and driveshaft...my question is would this be possible to put into my 89 240? I would appreciate more than yes/no answers...like im thinking all else id need would be some engine mounts but im not too sure. Thanks in advance

Custom mounts, driveshaft, possible oil pan reshaped, possible header modification needed. Custom harness, (you would need the entire layout out of the engine harness) modified radiator plumbing. Etc. this will all have to be fabbed because there id no after market support for this specific swap, but anything is possible.
