Looking for trans shop in or near San Jose

I want to have the trans in my '94 Q45 flushed (routine maintenance) by someone that has a clue about Q45 transmissions. I am hesitant to use the dealership (Frontier Infiniti). Any recommendations or steer clear warnings for shops in or near San Jose, CA? I did some searching and none of the BG links seem to have any connection with Infiniti expertise. Thanks in advance for any help.

what is the history of transmission service to date? internal or external filters ever been changed? how many miles on transmission?

The car was well maintained by the prior (original) owner and I recall seeing a service order for trans flush/service about 30K miles ago. Total miles now 105K. Does a '94 have the external filter?

Call first and ask if they will perform the service to NICO specifiecations, about which you will inform them.

Transmission shops seldom do it as it is preventative maintenance and they make their money by replacing and rebuilidng them.
