Those aren't Nismo wheels. They are the factory wheel off the SE-R model Altima.

You can buy them new from many online dealers such as here:

Or you can try and save money by finding a set on eBay etc. Typically they are difficult to find used because people don't like to give them up.

I know of guy who has a set of SE-R wheels in decent shape and with new tires on them (95% tread) and nitro filled. He had them about 2 weeks ago and I'm sure he still has them. I think he was asking $1500 for them if I'm not mistaken. Pretty good deal if those wheels are like $700 a piece...just for the wheels. Shoot me an email and I'll try to hook up with him in the mean time.
