Does anyone have a copy of the document (with pictures) that Tangalora created a while back when replacing the fuel pump? I read a thread discussion where the document was referenced but have been unable to locate a copy. I'll be replacing my fuel pump next weekend and thought it would be very helpful.

Thanks, Adam

Don't really need the pictures. You will have to search the archives for each nissaninfiniticlub link. You do have an FSM, right? Plenty of posts on this topic.

Make it so!

Read my dumb a** comments also. The best thing is to look at the clips of the parcel shelf from the trunk and contemplate before releasing them. If you have an active or TCS model, some other electronic modules attached to the parcel shelf may have to be dropped. Be sure to have a new O ring, disposable cloth towels, and a 2Qt. container for the return line drain. Once the gasoline gets on the noise dampening material, is dissolves it and doesn't evaporate forever.

Be slow, be cool, and don't bend the fuel level sender on installation fo thenew pump. If anything is on the bottome of the tank, remove it, steam clean it, and blow out the metal fuel lines and replace the rubber ones. Replace the fuel filter also (inexpensive from Joe).

If I can do it, any monkey can.

Good time to vacuum behind the seats and R&R them with Lexol. Avoid saddle soap or any alkaline cleaner.

Hi,

The Tangalora pictures helped me when I replaced the pump.

I hope they will do the same for you.
