looking for SR motor build advice

Alright i am finaly starting my motor build.i already have;eagle rodsmahle pistons 86.5ferrea valves +1mmpeak performance pro springscrower TI retainersdarton sleeves (haven't decided if i am goin to use them)new valve guidesnew oil pumpnew timing chainfull gasket set

i still need a few parts; i have few questionswhats the deal with blue viton valve stem seals?are ACL calico bearings worth it?are after market valve seats worth it?where can i get oil squirters for a decent price? mine are missing from the shop

solid lifters on a daily driver? i dont think so...
