Post

Greetings,

I want to find a lowering spring 1.2-1.5ish and shock setup for a 2015 q40. I found 2013 an eibach prokit plus koni yellows so far but think the yellows are a bit expensive.

Could someone please recommend a 1.5 inch spring and shock setup that is close to $1,000 and is not a lot more stiffer than stock.
Assuming any 2013 sedan parts fit 2015 q40.

I am purchasing a q40 this week and they do not offer a 2015 sport q40 so i just want a 1.5 drop for now.

I see coilovers are popular but Im more comfortable with the simplicity of a sport spring and shock set up.

Thanks

Eibach kit should be fine for springs if you are OK with the front still looking a bit higher than the rear. Coilovers are popular but I'd personally avoid BC as they are quite stiff and often noisy.

Probably 2007-2013 suspension components will work on the Q40 as they are the same chassis.

Im looking for a combination of dampers and springs, that will feel closest to stock. Im just not interested in coilovers dont want to have to worry about any settings afterward.

More people probably use Eibach springs. I've heard good things about swift springs but have not tried them. ARK GT-F are also available but I don't have much info on them at all.
