Well rather than risk rubbing with a low offset or having to roll the fenders I went with the stock offset and the Eibach Springs. Now I'd like to pick up some spacers, either 5 or 10mm to bump them out just a little bit. Running a 19x7.5 +48 up front and a 19x8 +45 in the rear. I know…. I know, why staggered on something so mellow….. Extremely limited availability with sizes and finishes. So what's a good place to buy and what should I look for as far as sizing the hub ect? Thanks

Looking at these .313" spacers (8mm) will I need longer studs? In which case they have the Eibach wheel spacer kit which cost $100 more. First time I'm ever going to run a spacer….

after seeing that the +35 offset wheels fit with the drop.. I am SOOOOOO happy I went with that offset. Now, the factory offset looks super sunken in. I believe Eric was one of the first guys o the forum to get wheels, and he used spacers to get the flush with the wheel well look that you get with lower offset wheels. I HIGHLY suggest folks get +35 offset wheels , even if they drop, if they want that flush look!

^^^ I agree….. Assuming you can get the offset you want in the wheel you want. I wasn't so fortunate.

Only if I knew then what I know now, I would of gone with 35mm offest rather than 48mm Well next time I get rims, I will get the right offset

Ok guys…. I'm stuck. After doing some research, I'm just as confused as before. Some sell just spacers and some sell a whole kit but cost so much more. Why is the kit so much more expensive? The ideal spacer is in the link above in one of my previous posts, about 3/8" or 8mm. I want to do things right? Afraid there might not be enough threads to hold the wheel on, in which case do I just get longer Studs?

what kit? post a link and think off it this way if a 35mm off set works and u have a 48mm then thats a difference of 13mm. u should have more then enough stud length if u run a 8mm slip on spacer. i would jus try it and see

I was looking into the Eibach Pro spacers, most are for spacers that are greater than 15mm though. I don't want to go about it with the trial and error because bad things will happen if there's not enough thread to hold the wheel on. What's the pitch on the stock studs? Just want to see exactly how many threads I'll be losing.

Its not your fault homie, remember, none of us knew... Brian and I were taking a big risk getting the Eibachs being that we really didn't know if the springs, camber, everything would work well together... but as you see, they work perfectly.. again, this is how the cars should have come from the factory!

Sorry to get off subject, back top the issue of the spacers... I would actually say 8mm is the absolute furthest I would go if getting spacers... However, I do believe you can get extended lugs to place in your wheels, just not sure where you'd get em from!

Paving the road for 2.5ers! lol... I dont think you will have issues with a 8 spacer... The amount of threads you would be losing is insignificant in the math of holding the wheels on. Get the cheap ones... put them on... drive for a day... torque it... see for yourself.

Thanks you guys have been a big help pointing me in the right direction. Talking to a local tuning shop that's into Nissans to do the work, simply for parts reasons.

Robs, What did you end up doing? Which spacer did you use?

How exactly do wheel spacers change the appearance of the car. Will they make the drop look better, because that is really what I wish I could do.

Having the shop order the parts just in case it doesn't work out it's on them, was there yesterday finally. Anyways, 10mm spacer with longer studs. There's only 15mm thread engagement right now from the top of the stud to the wheel. Should work well with the stock wheels (snow tires) seeing how they're pretty much the same offset and width. Might be done in a week or so.
