Looking for something similar to the zemulator

I have a 1995 300zx na with a 16bit computer that has been completely rebuilt with all new parts. I am upgrading to a rear mount turbo in a month or two and am looking for something that can hook up to the ecu so i can tune it on my laptop. I need something where i can do everything including shutting of check engines lights, airbag lights, etc. I have came across zemulators but it seems that this is an old product for 2013. Is there something similar to it or are they still available. I want to stay away from eproms if I can. Thanks for any ones help!
