Looking for some engine swap help.

Hey guys, I'm going to help a friend of mine who has a 240 swap motors. It's going to be a ka24 single cam for a ka24 single cam. so i imagine it's going to be pretty straight forward. I was trying to find a guide for the swap as I haven't really messed around with to many imports before. where should I look for a good guide? i was hoping to get an idea of what i'm getting into before a get to the car (2 hours away for me) because I would really like to get it pulled in one day. Then i have to rebuild one of the ka's but i'm taking it home to do that. so basically if some one could post a half way descent link to a swap guide i would greatly appreciate it very much. also is it possible to pull the motor and the transmission at the same time? Is there enough clearance? Thanks for any help you might have.
