I know this is a tech forum, but you guys would have what I consider the most accurate and in touch viewpoint available to me.

The long and the short is I HAVE to sell my '95 S14 and all things RB20 that are slated to go into / on the car.. The car is prepped for the engine drop, but it's still on the stand. The car itself is a lifelong central Florida car (no salt air) so zero rust. It's not an SE car so the optimal lug isn't there. Interior is mint with the exception of the sterring wheel which has some odd deterioration on the top half. When I say I have EVERYTHING to complete the car......I mean EVERYTHING. I can and will go into details when I post it for sale. My question is would 4.5K be a resonable price for car and all the required parts? I hate to have to do this but I HAVE TO....

If I were in the market for an S14 I would run over people with a hand full of money at 4.5k.

I got my car in miami, somewhat rough but not rusty for 3800 bucks.

Here's a brief run down...As with most projects I know that some details/things are left out of this description.

I can get pics of the car and asssociated things in a day or so. Here is a rundown of what I have off the top of my head, I know that when I start digging the parts out more will surface but this is a brief synopsis. RB20 that was hand picked by Nick at NEOTECH. I had him find me an engine that came from an auto. He found the cleanest one. A compression test I did revealed Cylinder # 1 177.75 # 2 177.75 # 3 170.65 # 4 170.65 # 5 177.65 # 6 164.55The reason for my wanting an engine from an auto was obvious when I got this one to the house and did a compression check, "normally" auto have an easy life and this one was no exception. It was full of synthetic oil (strange after shipping) and had some higher end Japanese oil filter. The plugs were NGKs and looked fine (they are still in it) Wires were some higher end jobs as well. The timing belt was a Nissan and was recently changed. The reason I am telling you this is because I was amazed at the obvious care this joker had...The motor did have two broken exhaust studs, I removed them and ran a tap to clean the holes, no damage to the head I am just anal about stuff like that. Water pump is new and Nissan, the timing belt is new and Greddy, as well as idlers. I purchased McKinney mounts both engine and transmission when I got the motor (new of course) I put a Nismo lightened flywheel on as well as a new pilot (of course), I have a new SPEC clutch (a mid grade street unit). My car was an auto so I bought brand new Nissan clutch pedal assembly components as well as a factory clutch master and slave. I have a brand new braided SS clutch line as well. The oil pan and valvecovers were removed cleaned, painted, and resealed, (they weren't leaking but I'm anal like that) I got a new Nismo adjustable F/P regulator. The injectors have been just serviced, flowed and cleaned, 550cc.I have the flow sheet and data. I have a Z32 MAF, the ECU has been chipped by Carl (it's just about the same tune he used for his RB that made 380 at the wheels) and the harness was done by him as well. It's already installed. I have a brand new reman turbo that I got from Evergreen Turbo. It's a Stage 3 turbine wheel in a .63 housing. It has a custom compressor side that is a Holset wheel in a machined Roto-Master cover. It flows 48lbs/min of air, will run efficiently to about 22psi. I had planned on 18psi on the street with 8K max rpm. It will make HARD boost starting at 32K-34K. Carl had all this info when he did the ECU work and planned accordingly. The owner of Evergreen Turbo is a personal friend and to duplicate the turbo would cost upwards of $850.00. The guys like Mr.Wizard when it comes to turbos he's been doing them since the late 80's. I also had Carl wire in Apex'i NEO into the harness (new of course). I have a Greddy Spec-M Intercooler and all the parts brand new in the box waiting. The exhaust manifold is stock as well as the intake. I have a 3in SS downpipe as well (it's used). The car itself is that greenish color and has the greenish interior, other than the steering wheel doing some funky disingration it's really really clean. It's always been a non-smoker car (don't know if that matters, but it does to me). It is wired for amps and subs and has Diamond Audio components. I know that the audio doesn'tprobably mean much but it's there. I know I'm forgeting stuff, but that's the gist of the car. As you can see, I don't play with junk. I have a TON of cash in this as well as time, but you know how this game is played. I think 4.5K is giving it away and it's a smoking deal for someone. I'll get some pics in a day or so.
