You will not be able to drive it in the US unless:
It is deemed to be "similar" to another car originally sold in the US. This applies to, for instance, RHD Integra Type-Rs, but will not apply to an S15
Is more than 20 yrs old (applies to Hakosukas and 240 fairladys), won't work with an S15 obviously
Someone both crash-tests it and legalizes it for emissions/DOT. Motorex crash-tested GT-Rs, which is why they can legally import them. You can bring the S15 over easily enough (ship engine seperatly from rest of car and all is considered parts), but registering it is going to be very tricky indeed. I did see that one company was trying to bring it over though, and they might have crash tested and thus posess legalization ability already. Try google.
