looking for M35 front end parts-2007 and advice

Hi All
Newbie here. My 16 year rookie driver took my M35 into the back of an Expedition with a trailer hitch at about 20 mph. Minimal damage to the SUV, front end trashed on my M. Just took off the collision insurance when he started driving.

Body shop having hard time with parts, headlights and radiator are killers, total parts are at $4k right now. (1450 for the headlights alone)

Anyone recommend any sources? He looked for a chop front end but couldn't find one locally.(Arizona).

Car was worth about $11k, I am looking at $7k repair, is it worth it or should I sell it for parts? Thanks, any tips appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, mate. Sorry to hear about the accident. I'm by no means a mechanic or a body shop expert. With that much damage you need to decide for yourself if you want to invest that much money in the car.
I assume you already considered buying parts online or at a salvage shop instead of paying the price the body shop has given you. I checked the headlamps on Ebay and used ones (in working order) are about $1300 per pair. You may be able to spend less than 7k that way. And, if you are willing and able to do the repair yourself (and your son should help!) that will also save you money, assuming there was no frame damage.
I suppose oyu can also part it out on this forum and on Ebay but I have no clue how much you would make.

Sorry to hear.... I have a teen driver also, so I'm 'bracing myself' if when that day happens to me..... I'm keeping full coverage even though my M is an 06..

Anyways, I'm in southern Cali and have my 06 front bumper and grille that'll fit your 07..... My color is diamond graphite.... Good condition since doing a front end bumper swap to an 08....

I think another forum member was selling a set of headlights after doing his front end swap..,, I believe he is in AZ .... Infin06..?

Thanks so much guys. CPJ, how much for your bumper cover and the grille? We actually may be able to salvage the grille so please let me know separate prices for each. Could you ship it to me in AZ? Any idea how mucg shipping would be? Sorry I am new to all this.

The bumper isn't that heavy, but the size and awkwardness of it may be costly... I'll check quotes for shipping.... You can PM your contact info so we can chat offline....

The grill I had painted matte black and the emblem is painted diamond graphite...
