Looking for instructions to reprogram mechanical key ID using consult III

I have an 07 Sentra that I was using Consult III on to register a new key (without the original mechanical key) and have went through the C/U Initialization. There are no specifics that I can find in the Consult manual about how to re-register the mechanical keys after an ititialization. I guess I should have looked for that before I did the re-initialization. Anyway, now that no keys are registerd, I can't even turn the ignition switch with the mechanical key. Needless to say, it's pretty hard to even load on a trailer and take it to a Nissan dealer when the wheel is locked. If there is anyone that is familiar with the Consult III tool, your help would be much appreciated. Specifically, how does one register the mechanical key with the Consult III tool.
