Intake, port and polish head and intake (not cheap, unless you know how to do it), Electric fan, there arent too many mods you can do on the 240's for real cheap. Your biggest horsepower gain would be to port and polish that really helps when you got the intake and cat back exhaust. All those give you plenty hp.

Don't get a cold air intake for any reason. You get water in your engine. Yeah. Not good. Can we say detonation?

you could go out and buy that fast and the furious sub/amp package I've seen at Best Buy. I'm sure you'll get 75-100 out of that thing.

ha!!, corn you are funny!!! CAIs work fine as long as you dont suck up water with them. If you cant be that responsible of a driver, then dont get one.

Air bypass valve.

Actual instances of hydrolock from CAI's do seem pretty rare if these forums are any indication. Still, it's probably worth the money if only for peace of mind.

this mods will cost you zero dollars:

take off intake pipe and just tape a filter directly on the intake manifold

take off your exhaust past the catalitic converter, or take off the cat itself... it will smell bad tho

there, have fun.

also if you have access, hook up a compresed air canister to your intake and use it like nitrous.
