Hi folks: just a quick 'one.... there used to be a PDF hosted here that outlined all the above engines and their technologies. Can anyone dig it up? I can't seem to find it.

Thanks!'slip

Bingo, thanks!

PS - a bit off topic (hey, I can do that!), but meeting you guys at NOPI - AZ is what turned my eye to the max/i30. I'm thinking about picking up a 3rd gen SE in sad shape to get started. I just wanted a quick primer on the engine: I thought the above was a little more detailed, but there's plenty of info here I can absorb.

This is the *second* used 3rd gen I've looked into "locally" that suddenly won't keep the fuel pump fuse... of course they're 150mi away, so it's a bit hard to consider trailering it home. Does the ECM share the same fuse?

Sorry for the delay. The only thing I can think of that would cause that would be the fuel pump relay. I don't believe the fuel pump and ecu would share the same fuse but I've found a good diagram yet so I'm going to have to go check out my car.

Not a problem: I bought the car, but it doesn't seem to be doing it.
