Looking for helpers with a big engine job (Philly)

I have a 95 S14 and grenaded my KA block at NICOfest @ carlisle. Long story short I have another KA block and 5 speed trans that I need to drop in the car but I don't have the extra hands to get it done. I just need to wait for my new clutch to come in so I'm looking to do it and get the car back on the road either the weekend of August 18th. I'll be happy to supply food and drinks and if the car is up and running I'll be more than happy to go out for a cruise afterwards. I live in NE Philly about 3 blocks from cottman and frankford and the car is @ my gf's aunts house at ashburner and frankford I'll send you an email with my contact info so we can arrange something.

I've got plenty of tools, and the whole job will be done old skool with a block and tackle and and tree, I'm gonna try to get the cherry picker that I used for my 5 speed swap but that's not a guarantee, the tree is the backup plan. I don't trust it myself but my g/f's dad swears by it and apparently it's been used for many an engine job.

I ordered my clutch and flywheel, they should be in by next weekend, so hopefully I'll get it changed out next weekend so that all we have to do is pull the old setup out and drop the new setup in and replug and fill everything.

Ok here's an update, I should hopefully get the clutch in tomorrow but won't be able to get it until Saturday since it will be at my moms in DE and i need to go pick up my mail anyways. So anyone who is interested in helping the date for this will be Saturday August 18th (that's next weekend) and the engine/clutch/transmission swap will take place at my g/f's aunts house on Frankford Ave (pretty much Frankford and Ashburner). I'd like to get a fairly early start on this, definately no later than 10am.

If you are interested and do want to help please send me an email to [email protected] or call my cell @ 302-668-4108 and let me know. I need to know how much food/drink to go get beforehand. As far as food goes I'd grill up some dogs and burgers but I don't know the first thing about cooking, I leave that to the girlfriend and she knows nothing about how to use a grill. So it may come down to one of those giant hoagies from WAWA or something. I'll get beer but I have to ask that you have valid ID cause I really can't afford a fine for supplying booze to a minor (I use to be a bouncer so fakies don't fly).

Dress appropriately it'll probably be hot and we will be outoddors baking in the hot sun most of the day. Bring friends, girlfriends ect, we'll make a party out of this. As far as beer goes, I'm poor but may be able to swing for a case of Corona otherwise it'll be MGD or Miller Lite, and maybe some hard lemonade. We'll see, If you are drinking don't get wrecked, I'll call you a cab and boot you since this is not my property, it's my girlfriends aunts property and she is nice enough to let me do this there, (Not to mention if you get drunk on beer you need to stop drinking). I think that about covers it, again let me know if you are coming and how many folks you are coming will, there's plenty of work to go around and with it turning into an incinerator out there I'd like to have more hands to make this go by faster and give people a break to sit in the shade and just BS with whoever else shows up.
