Looking for hard to find gasket...please help

I pulled the valve body down out of my 93 240 vert yesterday to change the solenoid pack and found the black gasket between the two valve bodies to be dried and ended up breaking on the way down. I need to find the gasket from somewhere. The dealer says they can get it for like $40 and it'll take 4 days...are there any online sources that can do me better?Thanks,Jon
