the site is gone wondering if they are gone or moved trying to by a skyline in the states just sold honda to do so

Probably went under. Reassembling chopped-up cars and re-registering them as "kit cars" to circumvent Federal law is stupid (and illegal).

Unless you have a crap-ton of $$$$, don't expect to do it legally.

Im shure it's illegal but if you got a skyline in your garage who cares. Besides it will be for track use only and maby a trip around the block at 3 in the morning. Do you know any place to pick one up other than independet sellers thanks. I just found out motorex is out of biz. 2 Back to what u said how is it illigal its a big loop hole.

http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/rules/import/Read everything there and then come back and say it is not illegal. You can either import a Skyline through a registered importer, or you can pay fines later and have the car crushed at your expense.

there is definetly a way to get street legal skylines in the us i know 10 people who either have or have had street legal skylines

also evo imports is actually builiding a new site thats why their site is down i talked to frank and they are putting a new site together because they are tvr dealers now
