Looking for Engines- Help!

After reading responses from my last post, it looks aparent that I'd be getting a wood plank in the @$$ if I was getting ready to pay 2k for a VG30ET. I would, no doubt, pay that much, but anything less would, no doubt, be better. Does anyone have a source or know a source where I could get a running and good condition VG30ET with low milage for $1,000 or less? Any help would be more than excellent.Thanks!-Kev

Why not an RB20? They are plentiful, and from the prices you are finding for the VG, it would be cheaper too. NA-Turbo on a Z31 is said to be a b**** too. But man does that motor pull...good luck with the search.

In Beavercreek, huh? Its an 87, isn't it? I may have seen it in Centerville a few times, but I'm not sure

there is one by my grandparents out in troy ill look to see if its running and if its a turbo!! been sitting forever he might let it go for a few hundred !!!

Hm- It depends. The newer the better, plus low milage- But if it were a low milage turbo Z I doubt it'd be sitting out in the street
