Looking for an online SR20 service manual.

My friend dropped off his 99 Sentra SE for me to work on. It has auto SR20 in it. I am trying to figure out why it has a cel (check engine light). Took it to autozone to read the codes. They were maf and iat rerlated. I took the maf out and brake cleaned it. They reset the codes but it comes right back. I don't know where the IAT is but heres what its doing. The car idles super low cuts off sometimes when slowing down in drive. Also when you give it more than 1/4 gass it bucks really hard. If I could get a manual then I could locate the IAT and test the sensor. I am also going to check the plugs and possibly do a tune-up.
