Probably pretty obscure, called "Baterista" by Rush. Should be on the live "Rush in Rio" DVD or CD...

Apparently it's a drum solo by Peart that rips his previous best solo (which was the best ever IMO).

Crazy insane coincidence... but last night I downloaded three videos of his live solos from different concerts. One is from 82 and two are from the 02-03 tour. I have the video from the Rio concert.

I got them from Bear Share... I can email them all to you if you want.
