Does anyone have the washer that goes on the outside of the timing gear on the crank? It's the kind of part you can use forever, but mine is bent and it's probably better to replace it.

I bent mine too, then I hammered it flat. That was 7 years ago. Never been an issue.

Like float says, just smack it back to spec with a hammer and call it a day. After looking at the pic, that plate is still serviceable.
