This may not be the right place to post, but i have been recently debating on picking up a new ride. I will be keeping my Altima, wouldnt even think about trading in. I have narrowed down the search to three vehicles, looking at reliability, mpg, hp, torque, and aftermarket options.

- Infiniti G35- Mitsubishi Evo X- Nissan 350z

I have done the basic research on all three, but if anyone has any input on these, or any reasonable rides would be great!

I like the G35, its elegant, and has plenty of power.

I think he is looking at the 4 door G35, not the G37, perhaps he should reconsider?

The G37 is definitly a nice pick, but the performance mods are over priced. Need something were the exhaust isnt $1,000!

Hmm msrp is around 45k plus for the g37. I dont think mods or money is an issue at that point. my coupe is 24k and the g37 is 45k. Stillen exhaust 740, 1000 doesnt seem 2 far off

Well I guess the question which one will be your winter beater? The ones you listed or the altima? Since you're in the Windy City with LOTS of lake effect snow, the cars you listed wouldn't do so well in the snow. That's just my thoughts and observation.

GTR

It's all wheel drive, good for that snow mentioned above
