Looking for a maintenance schedule for a M35x/ known issues?

Hello everyone, I was trying to search around for the two questions im about to ask but im having a difficult time trying to organize the search options.

Im looking for info on known flaws for the M35x. Im going to start looking for one in the future and am trying to find info on what to watch out for etc basically a buyers guide if there is one. It would be a 06 or 07 M35x, im wanting to know how the reliability of the awd system, transmission and really the car in general is. It will be stock and left stock its not a car I would be looking to mod.

Second I was looking for a maintenance schedule for the M35x, im wanting to see whats scheduled at what mileage and trying to figure out what it would cost for the scheduled maintenance. My main concern with this is do these V6's run a timing chain or belt?

I currently have a 02 BMW 325xi and its got 188k on it. I have maintained it my self for the most part but only because BMW wants ridiculous money for such minute scheduled maintenance. I would most likely do the maintenance on the M35x my self but from what ive been reading for the items owners have payed infiniti they seem much less than what BMW wants.

I have an 07' no issues other than the dreaded tram lining. Regular maintainence there is section under the main page that lists a complete downloadable manual, in that manual there is detailed information on maintainence.
