Looking for a good shop in Dallas, Texas

I have a 240 with a F@#^%d motor.. The engine does not idle barely runs and when it does blows more (raw) gas out the exhaust then burned in the motor. Wnat to weigh options on upgrading (swapping) or rebuilding motor. This is my project car. I used to work on 1rst gen camaroes so these r all new to me.. I will need a good garage (mechanics) for the main issue of engine. Right now just swimming in qustions.

well, i go to sami at cartunes texas. his site is GTRpower.com. he does silvias, skylines, motor swaps, and all sorts of cool stuff with nissans. the shop is right off of northwest highway and loop 12.
