Looking for a good set of Rods and Pistons Which brand Is good?

Im looking to bore My ka24de out to about 1mm over Im wanting to Hit 2.5L to 2.6L Im kinda new to engine build so I dont know which Piston manufacture is The greatest or not.. I just hear of Je and Wisco i think its called alot. Im having a Machine Shop drop the pisto ns and do the bore so no worries about me messing it up.. Im just looking for anyone that can point me twords a place to buy the pistons or can give me some light on the subject at hand...

Will a bore of 1mm Give me 2.6L or 2.5L Displacment...?

Im going to be running a T70 turbo and looking for 20psi of boost... Willing to pay up to 500$ for pistonsand maybe 300$ or so for rods Or vis versa I have 800$ total...

I have never done an engine build myself, but I think Phat KA-T used Arias pistons for their turbo.
