Looking for a good pair of Sai

I know there are quite a few NICO members either stationed or living in Japan and was wondering if any of them could point me towards a company selling Sai made out of high quality steel... not the brittle pieces of trash that are so common in the states. They also need to have tangs (I think that's what they're called) wide enough to not hang up on my thick hands.Oh, and round "blades" would be awsome.

Thanks if anyone can help me out and sorry I'm not up on all of the technical terms.
