Looking for a good deal SR.

I've been looking for sometime now and had plans for my ka, but figured with all the time and money that I could spend makign a custom supercharger or turbo set up, I could have an sr and be sure that it works efficiently. I'm looking for an sr motorset for my 240 and have visited many-a-sites, the cheapest motor that I could find was 1200 bucks, free shipping. It mentioned that it included a/c, p/s, alternator, intake manifold, and small essential things. Does anyone here have a good provider/know a person who knows a person that could set up a good deal, or have a place that they themselves got a good deal? Anything that anyone can turn up, I appreciate the help.

Save your money, buy from a GOOD PROVEN BEYOND A DOUBT SUPPLIER

I 2nd what Nismo_Freak said, You'll run into more trouble and spend more money if you buy a cheap/incomplete motor.

or you could move to japan and get a complete motor set for 500 dollars from a friend and a whole lot of other ****

Thank you for the input. I wasn't sure where to begin, but thanks for the advice. I'll stick with the larger import company names.

my uncle lives over there and he says the same thing

so the key is move to japan so you can bug people who still live in the states about it
