I'm looking for a cast exhaust manifold that will work with the stock T25 turbo.

All that i've found have been stainless steel, which are prone to crack eventually. If anyone knows of a cast SR20DET (blacktop if that matters) cast exhaust manifold please let me know.

Check with Enjuku Racing (sr20detperformance.com) under used parts. You can also check on ebay for a stock SR manifold (search 'sr20det manifold'). All S13 exhaust mani's are the same.

not yet, our products page is being built still, Ill try to shoot you one via email. Its based off the same design as the ones you see on ebay, but braced much more and smooth on the insides

well honestly i'm just looking for a manifold that can hold up to the heat and pressure of whatever a 400hp SR is gonna make. I've just heard that stainless cracks and i'd have to replace it. and all that drama.

In all honesty, you may want to look at porting you existing mani. i have heard good things about doing this. I have a OBX, which I am expecting to break. If I dont sell my stock Mani (see below) I will most definitly port it out, put a EGT sensor bung in it, and switch it back in.

I also know that HKS makes a cast mani, but it is about 1k.

You can also contact JGY Customs for a log mani. I have heard very good things about not only their products but their customer service.

Hope I was able to help.

To tell you guys honestly, I had a ebay manifold on my SR for over a year, and with a T3/T4E custom setup, changed the flange out and all, it never cracked or broke, has work like a charm, as long as its braced and welded good, it is fine. Like others have seen before a $900.00 manifold break just as a $200.00, it all depends on the welds and bracing. We will have them in stock here shortly we are awaiting the manufactor, also will have equal length top mount T3 flanges for $350.00
