Looking buy a 1992 S13 - HELP!

Hi Guys, I'm looking at buying an S13 with approximatly 190k miles.What problems should I look for? How do I tell if it has abs, hicas, etc?I've been told that it has radiator problems. How much should I pay for this car?

wow probably a lot of problems depending on the previous owner. you could encounter problems such as the timing chain, rust, rattling... just about everything with milage as high as that.
