Looking at EX35 - Fair prices?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I'm looking at two different EX35s, one 2008 and 2010, but I'm not sure which is the better deal (if they even are 'deals').

2008 EX35 Journey AWD
No tech package - navigation, but no lane departure, etc.
68,000~ miles
Clean title
1 owner

Asking: $17300~

2010 EX35 Journey AWD
Tech package, loaded
46,000~ miles
Clean title BUT had a vehicle to vehicle accident
Warranty still valid

Asking: $20100

Can anybody point me to which one is better, what I should look out for, and how much lower I could go?
I used Edmunds and KBB as references (KBB is astonishingly high) but wanted some actual opinions.

Ideally, I would like to go $16500-17000 out the door for non warranty, or $21000 out the door for with warranty.

Thanks!

I'd look towards the 2010 without warranty. 2010 , I think, is the year that started bluetooth streaming audio and that would be nice to have....plus being loaded is nice too.
What was the accident? bumper/fender or something more significant like the doors or pillars?
If it was minor, talk them down if you can!
If major, look towards the 2008

I will go for 2010 model if the accident is pretty minor. (no frame damage....) -- I would look at all doors if it aligns well with the cars body when closed. Check for quarter panel misalignment to nearby panels. If possible to wash the car and see if there are water leaks coming from outside to inside the rear cargo and sunroof.
