Looking at changing rear valence(?)

Ok, so I just bought the 05 G35 sedan, and I'm looking at possibly going to a exhaust styled like the coupes (catback, if that's the right term) but obviously the current setup for my car is slotted for the dual exhaust on one side.

What am I looking for in a replacement? Has anyone done this before?

I know it can be done, but it wouldn't exactly be a bolt on application, some custom body work and welding will be required.

It's possible to take a coupe exhaust, and customize it to fit under your car. Good luck, I'm toying with the idea myself, but I dunno exactly where I'm going, I can't decide what I wants more, electrical fan or revised exhuast Broke right now, also looking for new wheels for the alty
