I am now looking at buy this 240sx that has a 96 KA24DE in it, solid frame striaght to my knowledge not frame rust, a descent amount on the kickers can just be sanded off, but it comes with tein tie rods + some steering angle upgrades. here is the kicker on this There is oil coming out of the headgasket. He wants 1400 and it has new tires + new brakes. Local ( so no trailering and all that), needs some TLC all the way around. Paint is in not so good shape (white, I am detailer so I may be able to resurect this paint job.... maybe..??). Should i talk him down on the price or just grab it and go. Also he will throw in a viscus LSd out of pumkin with output shafts for 100 bucks extra

Ugg. I don't know about that one man. Sounds sketchy.

Does the car actually run and drive??

I'd pick it up. Hell, I picked up my RB20DET 240sx for 800$ and the suspension on the car (KSport 36 point) cost that much. Let alone, the car came with an SAFC II, and oodles of other things that again, could be sold to compensate for the costs. Well, it turned out that the battery was dead on the car, and I guess that the previous owner didn't know, so after a few cranks (it's been sitting for 2 months), it fired right up.
