Looking at buying a hardbody

I've got my eye on a Hardbody. It may need an inspection, so as long as the frame isn't rusted too much, I may get it. It has a VG30E in it instead of a KA, and a friend tells me VG's in hardbodies can be problematic, but the only issue I read about was weak exhaust manifold studs.

I originally wanted a RWD Hardbody to slam, but if I got this I might just jack it up.

I would look elsewhere, the history of the truck and the reasons for selling it are not very promising.
