Looking at buying a 2003 Sentra SE-R Spec V

Hello all sentra/b15 owners. I am recently looking at buying a 2003 Sentra SE-R Spec V. I need some insight on this car, its had only one owner and it looks like its in great condition but the mileage troubles me a bit, nearly 167k miles or 270k kms.

Please help me out as i will be driving 1hr30mins to see this car tomorrow afternoon.

He is the one and only owner and he also claims that he has put mostly highway kms along with him having major service records apart from oil changes since he does them himself.

I really like the car, i was in market for a 2004 Lancer Ralliart but its out of my budget. I would love to own this car but the mileage is worrisome to me.

Can anyone please help me out, on what to check when i go there or is not worth going.
