Looking at a new 05 G35 6MT (yes its a 05, dealer has 4 of them) sticker is $34,771 he is asking $29,771 Never owned an Infiniti before. Any advice?

I'd say go for it...although the price sounds a little high. Try to haggle that down -- I'm sure they'd bite on a lower price to get rid of one of the '05's!ohiosedan wrote:sedan

We purchased our 05 Sedan this past Jan. for $5,200 off the sticker. That price was good with or without our trade. Oh, and my advice would be to buy a G35!

Thanks for the feedback. Drove the car Sat. and was really impressed. We're still talkin price and I think I need some more incentive for what will soon be 2 model yrs old.

I Understand! The car may have been sitting for a while! You can check the build date in the door jam. Also, I have seen where an auto maker has put nice rebates on the current model but nothing on the models before. Currently, a site that I sometimes use for getting pricing info. shows that you should get an 06 6mt with prem A. with an MSRP of $35,000 for $30,065 (Target price). I've seen people do better than this site projects, but it gives you an idea. We did better on our 05 last Jan.So, to me it would depend on how long that I'm planning on keeping the car & how much better a deal I can get on the 05. Good Luck!!
