Looking at a 2003 QX4

I am looking for a new vehicle and and am going back and forth between a used g35x and a 2003 qx4 that I found. The QX4 is in like new shape, has all service records and under 60,000 miles. The owner wants $13,000 and doesn't seem in a big hurry to sell, I think that's a little high-do you? Anything to look for on one of these? It sounds like the QX4 is pretty darn reliable, are there any trouble spots? Any expensive maintanance issues? Any other QX4 pre buying advice is much appreciated!
