Hey everyone, I've owned my 240 for a few months now and even though it is one of my dream cars, It's not too practical where I live.

I live in Florida so I'm constantly driving through sand/dirt, terrible weather and flooded roads, and the 240 just isn't made for that..lol

I'm looking at a 1997 LE http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/...st=61 5 speed 4x4..My mom owned a '97 a while back and I fell in love with it. It could handle the elements out here and from what I remember it was very reliable (this was a few years ago).

I'm just curious on what I should be looking for (problem wise) with that year Pathfinder..Any Help would be greatly appreciated

Thank you

its a solid car, the only thing to look out for is worn rear trailing arm bushings, like if ur on the freeway it will sway side to side above 60 if they are worn. Other than that, there is literally NOTHING to look out for! They are about as reliable as can be.

See when the last time the timing belt was changed & make sure that the exhaust manifolds are not cracked or leaking (the 96-99 R50s are notorious for this but not a hard fix). Other than those 2 things theres not too much.
