1993 Nissan 240sx red convertible

Great car, great clean condition. There is no rust on this car it has only been driven in the summer. Has 104,000 original miles on it. Had cross drilled brakes put on it and the calipers are painted red to match the car. I also had an Alpine stereo put on it with Alpine speakers. Must see. Also have another posting for a 1993 black Nissan 300zx. Price is firm.

i couldn't see the asking price as the post was expired.

It's not bad. $3k would be about the most you should be shooting for, no higher. Definitely go test drive it and see how it all checks out. If the back window is shot that is $300 to replace it.

That's the price he's asking "4000 or 3200" in KBB value. Considering he has another Nissan, he knows exactly what that vert is worth.

Wait for him to repost a lower price, then give him a call, and try to talk him down on it again when u go look at it

If the interior is in good shape, do it. Seems like a fair price if it doesn't have any major problems.

It looks pretty good to me and a fair deal. I paid 4200 for mine, then invested 1100 in a new top. I'm still happy! I say take it.

It's all according to what the market will bear. Buying a vert now probably puts you in a better position, i.e. economy, season. Some of us have spent more, some less. In the end you'll spend a whole lot more restoring, mod'ing, etc. In doing my budget for 2009 I had to make sure there was some $$$ for car projects

Good luck, keep us posted. You won't regret the purchase.

I'll say I spent way more on mine with about the same miles and close condition, but it was from a dealer. I also was fairly desperate to find one in good condition with around 100k miles at the time. I would have held out for white or black if possible and wouldn't have went 5hrs away to get it as well.
