Why not see the general manager of the dealership. I am sure he wouldn't mind replacing it if they indeed broke it after the service.

i tryed he was a bigger idiot dude said his tech didnt lie and it was one of his best techs and that the rubber on the intake tube was way too old and dry(which is not and i even showed him that the plastic was still flexible, they just pulled it out witout caution cause the bolts on the intake box where stripped too after i got it back) but when i took it in it had no service or check engine light and had worked on the car the week before and evrything was good nothing broken and when i picked it up it had the service light on and the idling high and low to where i had to tow the car out of there.funny part is that they didnt even know the fan was powered by pressure and use power steering..he also went as far as to calling me a liar so i had to dip before i tore him a new one and infiniti of america doest care either they took down the report but never called back to verify and i have called twice, but i learned my leason and not take it to the dealership because if u have an extended warranty they get payed half rate so they do a half a** job but i will do a write up about it with the sources so people can see im not bsin later on when i can..i just took it in cause they wanted to see if they could find an oil leak because the first time they couldnt find it so they cleaned the engine and told me to come back once i did the oil change again so they could find it and all this happened and they didnt find the leak either, but i did in like 45 min and it not even that much of i leak i read its some what normal but need to very it here to see if its true but its comin from my variable valve timming controllers.

Tell them if they don't replace it then you'll call 1-800-NISSAN1. That is Nissan North America's number. Threaten them with it first. If that doesn't work actually call them. Nissan will pony up the cash so as not to lose a customer. When you get a representative tell them all the dealer's info and what happened and that if the problem isn't rectified you'll be taking the dealer to small claims court. The dealer doesn't want to replace the tube because it's probably about 250$ at-cost. DO NOT LET THEM SLIDE life602!!!!

dude thats the worst part i called them and got a complaint number.they told me to wait for a phone call from 1 of their rep so he could collect more info but its been 2 months and nothing so im gonna call back monday and let em have it cause if the manufactorer does that its not koo at all, i would have had expeted ford or something to do this but never infiti.i also complained to infiniti inner circle.just sucked cause it reminded me of the day it happen awhere the the guy told me my intake was like that when i took it in and made me look like a liar and that they wouldnt replace it cause their was no proof that it was not broken before i took it and was like if it was broken then i would have a service or check engine light and a rough idle but when i tok it in the car was fine no lights no rough idling. im just so disappointed with them to see them messed up a perfect good vehicle since in the dealership in scottsdale did the same after service they didnt replace the bottom air defuser and didnt replace all clips to bumper and underside.when i went to tell them afte like a month cause i shouldnt make sure they due their job right they r dealerships thats y they get payed so much extended warranty or nit.but yeah that dude did the same his tech said it didnt have it and that i was tryin to pull a quick one on them to get an extra 1, i was like wtf reallyand said it could have had broken off before i took it in(i know it wasnt cause i did an oil change to days before and leaked the oil out

& knew for a fact it was there as well cause i unbolted the flap for the oil plug and filter and was the reason y took the car in.)but once again he said i had no proof he could not give one cause it was too expensive and could authorize that (he was the shop serve manager) and that if anything they did me a favor cause my engine could breath better and and it was of no use or importance(so y they put it on from stock?)so he just replaced some of the clips scratched the top of my intake cover cause the tech put the wrong clips(the phillips screw on expansion clip but the phillips head where stripped off so tthey had to be pryed out) and i was sent on my merry way home cause they hadnt done anything wrong i was just blindly accusin them...i m just gonna call back and let them know im contacting the BBB on them as a far as the dealership and customer service dep.
