Saturn's got a hell of a reputation for treating people right. Its an honor to be up there (beating Lexus and Acura.) I've been reading lots of horror stories in the past couple years about MB dealers ripping people off though.

agreed, lexus has been reigning champ for customer service for a long time, good to see that is now in the past.

and the comparison with saturn...well the customer service might be similar, but look at the cars. i think the difference speaks for itself.
