Holy crap.

Who in their right mind would spend $200 for something as useless as that?!? You could cough up a little more and have a real nitrous system w/ purge if you want to be less of a ricer...

Sad thing is someone in town can actually get you a custom nitrous hookup for that much...

that reminds me of the $150 electric horn that simulated a blow off valve sound. You could even set it up to sense a rise in air pressure in the intake piping and have it go off that way (IE, youw ould HAVE to have a turbo to have a rise in pressure in the intake when the throttle plate gets closed)

k i have a way to do that for like 5 bux,

step one take a rubber hose and run it from inside your car to wehre ever u want the air to come out of

step two go to the store and buy a can of Air Duster (keyboard cleaner spray, you could find it by the keyboards)

step 3 turn can upside down and stick extension tube into hose and press buttonstep 4 whola air that looks like purge nitrous comes out

total cost 5 dollas

lol some guy in a v6 mustang showed me this trick, he had it done on his car haha

I dont think he was serious... Judging by how he said "CRUCIAL PURCHASE" like that. Its just funny that they would even have something so stupid. And especially for so much $.Thanks for showing me that add though, thats funny as hell!

Any ever see the fake fmic? I can't find the link, but its almost as good as the fake purge system...

Why spend money on this stuff... as soon as anyone sees you driving your car they will know all your performance stuff is fake...

I had the fake "turbo sound" thing in my exhaust on my Turbo saturn.. talk about sleeper...12.7 second street car and anyone that didn't know about my setup I would tell them the turbo/BOV sound was just this cool thing I bought off of e-bay

Actually, I was tired of all the civics and such revving at me at lights (the saturn already had a catback exhaust and had been lowered when I bought it, and it was fast enough to beat civics but that wasn't enough for me) so...I pieced together a turbo ready DOHC motor and did the swap (my car was the SL, SOHC 1.9L 4 door) made my own turbo exhaust manifold, put together a megasquirt standalone fuel management system, new injectors, etc. and thus...a legend was born :>
