I love the motorcycle enthusiasts on this site! I really need to save up and start myself a motorcycle project.

Is that the V4 in it? Oval pistons are cool.

I like that bike. Cool seat fabric too. :P

thats a 580cc Honda I4....the V4 will be going in that chassis very very soon. I wanted to ride it around with the 580 just to get used to the chassis a bit before the nonsense occurs. The bike is rad, Ive got 1000 bucks in the chassis. Clean title, 20K miles

the ones I want I have to have custom made. Not to mention they are on like a 20 week back order. Im scouring the planet for a set of used 19's to no avail. I WILL HAVE THOSE WHEELS ON THE Y32, MARK MY WORDS

I had a '68 Triumph T100 for a very brief time just to resell. It was cool. But this one is cooler, just not worth as much monies.

Waiting patiently for sound clips of Oval Piston V4 start-up.I've seen a lot of wacky engine configurations from my relationship with high-end car collectors (v4 and f4 front drive lancias, v16 cadillacs, transverse mounted v16s...) but an oval piston v4 just boggles my mind.

I wonder how the engine and it's designers dealt with compression, flame fronts, and integrity of the combustion chamber. An oval piston allows for varying loads on the cylinder wall.

Edit...from wakopedia "In 1983/84, a 250cc V-twin using a supercharger and the 8-valve oval piston technology was developed but never seen in public."

f***ing genius how they bypassed the 4combustion chamber max rule and just built a v8 with connected pistons. Sneaky bastards.

Looked around the web and it seems complete bikes in good condition change hands anywhere from 80-160k $USD....you got one hell of a steal dude.
