Im guessing its a company named "Wurz"? Appears just to be like a Japanese Andys Auto Sport or something. S15 looks badass. Probably alot of money from the looks of it.

does look expensive and probably not possible to get, but there were several threads on CF hoods recently. So i figured i'd share.
